You Have a Little Something on Your Face

I am a big believer in pampering yourself. You can't always have a spa day, but with the multitude of face mask products out there, you can treat yourself at home at any time.

Basic

It seems like I am always getting a sample of this Cucumber Gel Mask by Peter Thomas Roth. It is fine; it is easy to apply, not sticky, and I feel like I have given my face a little hug for the day. Not a game changer, but not offensive either.

The OG

Oil Of Olay has been around forever. I like that they are always coming up with new products. The best part about this Glow Boost mask? It is in stick form, which means you don't have to get goop all over your hands. I use this one the most, it doesn't make any huge changes but I like the way my skin feels after use. Make sure you twist up so that enough product is visible; one time it was a bit low and I scratched my sweet mug with the plastic side.

Love/Hate

This little goodie came in a skin care gift from my favorite aunt. Boscia makes many good face products. I love the way the Match Magic felt going on my skin. It was super cool, and after it dried my face felt so tight! I was loving it. The next day, however, I was not. I ended up with some seriously clogged pores, so I probably won't be using this one again. Sigh.

Tar Heelian

Dr. Jart offers many variations of rubber masks. You put the included product on first, then carefully apply the rubber mask on to seal the deal. I did end up ripping the mask a bit with my non-careful shaky hands, but I did end up feeling super hydrated post-experience.

Do you have a favorite face mask? Or do you just go to the spa?
